Our approach

Our consultant makes an analysis based on interviews with the most important project stakeholders and a review of the project documents. This zooms in on: ​

• The design of the phases: analysis, design, realization, test, implementation, aftercare ​
• The supporting processes: planning & control, communication, administration, etc. ​
• The various project components: integrations, data migration, payroll, change management, configuration, test management, cutover, etc. ​

​In our review, we pay a lot of attention to the interdependencies of project components, relationships with other projects, and operational activities. This provides a clear overview of the feasibility of the planning and objectives. We test the control measures, reporting lines, and the decision-making process, as well as the composition, knowledge, and experience of the project members.​

The consultant prepares an advisory report for the Steering Committee and project management with recommendations and mitigating actions aimed at increasing the manageability of the project. This may involve implementing effective control mechanisms, better management information, an integrated testing approach, or adjustments to the team composition. ​
