TechCoaches

TechCoaches are students selected by Consultday –from mainly technical colleges (University /of Applied Science)- who can be deployed during implementation projects flexibly. We select on criteria such as change capacity, didactic skills adoption skills, people orientation, energy, and cooperation. ​

​All TechCoaches receive basic training in which change strategies and learning styles are discussed. This gives them product experience during, for example, testing.
