As of January 1, 2025, Consultday will have a three-member executive board. Alongside Pim van den Brule and Ton Groot, Remco Kriekaard has joined as a managing partner of this HR-IT consultancy firm. This step strengthens Consultday’s continuity and further professionalization after a period of growth and development.
This change was announced internally during the annual plan presentation earlier this month and is now being shared with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. With this step, Consultday continues to focus on growth and further improvement of its service quality.
Remco Kriekaard: “I will continue what I have been committed to over the past few years, including professionalizing our internal processes and organization. This enables us to deliver to our clients what we promise in our propositions and marketing. I do this not only with Pim and Ton, but with all my colleagues. I am really looking forward to continuing my career at Consultday in this new role.”
Consultday operates based on four core values: ownership, simplicity, knowledge sharing, and focus. These principles are the pillars for both internal processes and service delivery (business consultancy, data & analytics, implementation management, and interim services).

Remco Kriekaard’s appointment to the executive board underscores Consultday’s commitment to internal career growth. By fostering knowledge sharing and encouraging initiative, the company provides employees with opportunities to further develop themselves. Over the years, Kriekaard has played an active role in both the operational and strategic aspects of the organization, laying the foundation for this appointment. He has been instrumental in supporting many clients at the intersection of HR and IT, working with well-known companies such as KPN, ABN Amro Bank, Vattenfall, Stichting Philadelphia Zorg, ASML, and Odido.
“Remco was one of our first employees and has undergone an incredible development, contributing significantly to Consultday’s overall growth. He started as a junior and advanced to become an experienced project manager, team lead, and member of our management team. He is the perfect example of internal career growth and (self)development within Consultday,” says Ton Groot.
The expansion of the executive board follows a period of strong growth over the past three years. Remco Kriekaard: “One of my main focus areas is supporting this internal growth and the continued development of the entire Consultday team. Additionally, I will focus on giving the right attention to our existing clients while building relationships with new ones.”
With this, Consultday is even better positioned to achieve its goal: supporting organizations in optimizing HR processes, leveraging digital adoption platforms such as myMeta and machine learning solutions from QuandaGo. “This truly marks a new chapter for Consultday. Where we previously led with just the two of us, we now add even more strength. Given the developments, it only makes sense that we move forward with Remco as part of the leadership,” concludes Ton Groot.
