What you'll be doing

Many different tasks that you will perform both independently and as part of a team. As a Contract Recruiter at Consultday, you will be active at both strategic, tactical, and operational levels and you will provide the connection between the candidate, the client, and Consultday.

Duties & core responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for improving and implementing our current recruitment strategy and translate this into concrete recruitment plans for the vacancies we have.
  • Liaise with our flex network and our clients (interim/contract recruitment, incl. commission for placements).
  • You are responsible for the entire recruitment process: from sourcing, building talent pipelines, screening candidates, conducting interviews to providing feedback.
  • You coordinate the recruitment process in close cooperation with your internal and external stakeholders and ensure proper processing in our ATS and CRM system (Bullhorn).
  • Together with our management and marketer you make choices for the use of the right recruitment tools and channels.
  • With your enthusiasm and experience, you will ensure that candidates 100% choose Consultday!

What you'll bring

In your role as Contract Recruiter, you will have plenty of room to shape our own recruitment needs and we ask you to put your recruitment heart into developing new recruitment strategies and attracting new talent. You will work daily to recruit new colleagues for the various practices within Consultday and also have a strong focus on placement from our interim network.

Our team is diverse and so is your search for new talent! You will work closely with our dedicated management team and have an active role in the placement of interim candidates throughout the entire process. Your goal? To give our (interim) candidates the best candidate experience. You get a lot of freedom and space to use your own experience and expertise and develop yourself as a corporate recruiter.
