As a Sales Lead, you will be the key link between Consultday and potential clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and advising organizations on our services. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team and management.
Your responsibilities include:
💻 Experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR Tech, consultancy, or software.
📜 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of thinking, with an affinity for HR processes and digitalization (preferred).
🧑 Entrepreneurial and flexible, fluent in Dutch and English.
👔 A strong communicator and sparring partner for management, skilled at building and maintaining relationships.
